Christopher W. Duffy
Christopher W. Duffy began his career in 1988 working for a life and benefits agency selling and servicing personal and small commercial business. In 1991 Chris moved to a larger property and casualty agency to concentrate on selling commercial insurance on a full-time basis. Shortly thereafter Chris earned his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation, greatly increasing his technical knowledge of the insurance industry.
Since then Chris has continued to gain experience through his many years of insurance consultation. Though knowledgeable in all areas of insurance, Chris specializes in insuring commercial and habitational (cooperative/condominium) real estate properties in New York City as well as the Nassau and Suffolk counties. Chris works with several large property management companies who depend on him to review their managed property's insurance programs. He will often attend board meetings at the property manager's request to answer questions and explain the property's insurance program to shareholders and board members. In addition, Chris is a board member of the Long Island chapter of the Community Association Institute (CAI). CAI is a national organization that provides education and resources to residential cooperatives, condominiums, and homeowner associations. Chris speaks frequently at CAI events about insurance topics such as flood and wind insurance for coastal properties. Chris graduated from Providence College in 1983 with a B.S. degree in economics.
Chris is a managing partner of the Millennium Alliance Group, LLC as well as an active producer. Chris lives with his wife and three children in Sea Cliff, NY and is active in his community working with youth athletic leagues and junior sailing programs.
